All delivery dates given are estimates unless otherwise stated.
Due to the complex nature of deliveries and external factors please allow up to 5 days after the end of the delivery window.
If your order does not meet the estimates we may issue a refund or partial refund of any delivery charges, please contact us.

We will do our best to cancel an order if we are notified in time, however, because we dispatch items quickly there is a possibility we will be unable to cancel your order.
If you have already received a dispatch notification then we are unable to cancel your order.
If an order cannot be cancelled we will supply instructions on how to return the item(s).
The delivery address may be able to be changed before dispatch but after dispatch this is not possible. Once the order is delivered to the address provided the sale is final and we cannot do anything to change this.
A business order is an order placed with quantity discounts, through the business section of our website or orders made from EU countries greater than 150EUR in value.
For returns: Business orders are bound by a 10% restocking fee and payment processing fee. For example, if you cancel your order you will be refunded, however, 10% of the total transaction plus the card fee by our payment processor will be held from the refund.
Additionally business orders have no right of return unless the items are damaged or defective.
For cancellations: If cancelled within 60 minutes of placing the order only the payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund, otherwise a 10% cancellation fee will also be charged.
