Reusable Coffee Filter Screen for Espresso Machines
🧱 Enhance your coffee brewing experience with this high-quality reusable coffee filter screen, available in 51mm, 53mm, and 58mm sizes. Designed for baristas and coffee enthusiasts alike, this heat-resistant mesh portafilter is an essential tool for ensuring optimal extraction during your espresso preparation.
🧩 The main function of this filter screen is to safeguard your coffee grounds from the adverse effects of high-pressure hot water. When water exerts pressure on coffee powder, it can cause the surface to crack, resulting in unwanted "floating" particles. These floating particles can lead to over-extraction, which in turn produces undesirable flavors in your espresso. Moreover, these remnants tend to stick to the upper water separator after extraction, complicating the brewing process.
💍 Featuring a thicker design, this filter screen allows for improved functionality by accommodating the specific needs of your powder basket. The reduced powder load translates to a more controlled and consistent extraction, minimizing the chances of over-extraction and ensuring a richer, fuller flavor in every cup.
🛡️ This filter screen is crafted from durable stainless steel 316, known for its resistance to corrosion and ability to maintain the integrity of your coffee's taste. It not only provides longevity and reliability but also elevates your espresso-making skills to a professional level. Available sizes include: 53.5mm, which is compatible with 54mm portafilters, and 58.5mm, suitable for 58mm portafilters.
